Aim

Goals

Aerospace engineering is one of the main branches of science and engineering, which is related to the design, development, testing and construction of air and space devices and related systems and subsystems. This field is divided into two main branches of ‘Aeronautical Science and Engineering' and ‘Space Science and Engineering'. Aeronautical science deals with devices and instruments that move in the Earth's atmosphere, while space science and engineering is related to systems that travel outside the Earth's atmosphere.

Students interested in this field of engineering are expected to know and have backgrounds in mathematics, physics, computer science and chemistry. The Aerospace Engineering Department of the Faculty of New Sciences and Technologies is currently accepting master's and doctoral students in the following fields.
